Is it me or does Ana Lucia resemble Jack from the first eppie when they both were helping the survivors and kinda taking charge on what to do. I'm sure that if we take a look we can point which two characters from the main cabin and the tailies have similar traits.

I saw all sorts of connections that way last night. I thought that Ana was a combination of Jack & Kate.

I think that the Kate connection can be attributed to the physical similarities. Curly dark hair, muscular build... There is another thread discussing the same thing... I'm too pressed for time to dig up the link though. I noticed a TON of quotes that made me say "I can picture Locke saying this" or "That's exactly what Charlie would have done"

Similiar situation can bring out similiar response from different people. But there does seem to be an obvious link between make up of people from both sides.
