from the begining i thought that the marshal wasnt really a marshal for some reason. this episode makes me think that even more. kate's boyfriend or whatever he was threatened her about getting him into the robbery and just wanting the safety deposit box. i think that he went to jail and kate is on the run from his guys and the marshal is actually one of her boyfriend's guys bringing her back to the US. they did say that there was a relationship that wasnt what it seemed!
