This is my first post, but i've been lurking here for a long time. I'm not sure if this has been discussed anywhere on this board, and if it is forgive me and point me in the right direction. Here's the question: Do you think that since they went out of their way to give us an episode of the tail section survivors, do you think we'll get an episode from the perspective from "the others", somewhere down the line?

Well, maybe when we know more about the Others they might show their perspective of the story! But I don't think it will happen that soon just because they will wnat to keep the mystery alive!

That would definitely be a great episode! Something that would happen later on, when we know more about the Others, but not too much (of course).

It would not surprise me to get at least part of an episode centering around Walt interacting with the others at their base of operations.

After this conversation with Goodwin I have to wonder if they have decided to make "The Others" sympathetic instead of villanious, as first expected.

They have left themselves open narratively to go in any direction they want with the others, I can't see them giving that up until they have to.

Prediction! In season 4 or 5, we will finally learn who the others are and what thier motived are, and don't be suprised if it contradicts something we saw in season 1 or season 3 in some fashion. Maybe. :)

That sounds about right.

I dont think they will start showing episodes about the others point of view untill the show is almost over. I think they will do it to show us what really was happening with the others, Walt, and Danielle. Although, if they somehow get Walt back i think they might do an episode of what he experienced, unless he comes back and doesnt remember anything like Charlie and Claire.
