Does anyone remember the episode when Jack found his Dads empty coffin in the forest? Well, what was the significance of the dolls all scattered around in that episode? When they found those bodies that had been there for atleast fifty years. Do you all know which one I mean?:undecide:

I think the dolls appeared in White Rabbit - when Jack found the water and the cave, the dolls were spread all over, along with luggage, pieces of fuselage, and his dad's coffin.
Dolls can symbolize a lot of things but I don't think anyone ever definitively said WHAT they represented in that episode.....

The thing I found most interesting was the doll Jack found in the water. He just stood there looking at it, and then reached down to pick it up after a moment. It seemed to mean something to him. It made me wonder if Sarah drowned? Or if they had a child that drowned? Maybe it was just striking because he couldn't save Joanna, another blonde. Who knows at this point? It was interesting though.

Weird how the representation was never mentioned? There were just random dolls spread all over in the water. I for one thought it quite eerie. I do think Jack's flash backs are rather dull though, so I don't know if it was anything interesting
That same episode where the body had just disappeared, what was that all about? He didn't think, where the hell is my Dad's dead body? Or was it a vision?

Well, if you believe what some people are theorizing, Jack's Dad will be appearing in an episode later this season and there will be an answer to the question of what happened to his body.

I guess it will be another thing not yet to be explained, if ever.
