I was waiting for the mods to open up a Collision thread, but it is geting pretty close to the start of the show in the East Coast & I love to listen in to what people have to say before watching for myself. Anyone watching live tonight?

I wish, I gotta work... I'll be watching it first thing after I get off at Midnight. But I can't wait to hear about it and hear what people think. I don't mind being spoiled.:)

Ana has serious issues and should not be on the force. The whole baby thing gets to her. My guess is she was pregnant at one time and lost the baby. Or maybe she once shot someone she loved... Just reaching.

I hate that Ana got her way and go to go on patrol.

She is responding to a domestic violence call, and sees the lady holding an infant and goes nuts -pulls her gun on the husband/boyfriend and is reprimanded by other cop.

Ana won't let Sayid get untied, Michael brings him water and talks to him, tells Sayid about the tail section survivors, Walt being abducted on the raft.

There's something incredibly wounded about Ana that makes her really compelling, to me anyway. Maybe I'm just inclined towards characters like her, but I like her, contrary to popular opinion.

I think Ana Lucia appears to be wounded. She appears to be losing her leadership with the tailies. This is awesome. I also like the look Sayid gave her, because he knows this is happening.

This would be a great time for Danielle to show up and put a cap in Ana-Lucia. Either that or knock her butt out. There is just NO way that I would give her half of the camps ammo.

I think Ecko looking at the gun was trying to show that he said No to Locke seeing the tail end crew because he thinks it'll get violent with all the guns.

They can't amputate, it's a shoulder wound, not an arm wound.

That said, I don't know what they're going to do, because he needs some serious IV antibiotics and that's not something they've got in the hatch, I assume.

What a KNOWING look between Ecko and Locke... this isn't friendship... there is some unusual bond here.... hmmmmm....

Moriane - i guess this epi was good in that we got some more insight into AL's life.. Then again, I still hate her character, so...
But other than that, I expected alot more.. The episode seemed to drag - I wanted to see more of Eko in the Hatch, and I wanted to see more of the Tailes/Losties reunion... I just think they could give us alot more information before leaving us with reruns for december..


p.s. i'm alot happier now with all the reunions

Weeping here! That ending was so sweet...well up to the stand off. Was sad that all Mike had to come back to was Vincent, but the dog did look happy to see him!

The reunions were good, but this epi to me was still not top-caliber Lost.. judging from the previews, I think the next episode is going to be more of the same.. alot more character-intense, not so much focus on the Others, the island, etc.. And as I said, it just pisses me off that this is all we get before 6 weeks of reruns... they could at least throw us a bone with a cliffhanger (monster, maybe??!) I think I'm just too hopeful though..
Although, it will be interesting to see what kate did..

The thing I thought while watching those two face off was when they met in the bar at the beginning. She asked if he wanted to trade seats....i can bet that if they had, the different sections would have been completely opposite. WIth each "leader" doing the same thing that they already have.

Well, there was NOTHING in this episode that made me feel any sympathy for AL at all. It's a shame she lost her baby - but the way she acts, she probably did something that made that guy pull the gun. I hated how she acted like Sayid was the one who did something wrong.

Loved the Bernard & Rose reunion- as well as Jin & Sun. Very sweet!!!

Also loved the Eko/Locke meeting. Locke is just so matter-of-fact about everything.

Noticed Ana Lucia's police partner called her AL. First time I've heard her called that on the show........she's been refered to that way in here since she was first on the show. The writers are copying us?!!

really set up Kate for next week too. Sitting by Sawyer's bedside as he was dying

Collision was a super strong episode in my opinion. wish they would've done a bit mroe on the reunion stuff, but I don't really know what I expected to see.
