In Ana is seen in a police station watch out for wanrted posters of Sawyer and Kate.

Kate possible. Sawyer not. Sawyer wasn't even noticed until he head butted that dept head and they hauled him in and then found out he was just a scoundrel not federally wanted by the FBI.

Even if Ana Lucia recognizes Kate...what is she going to do? She's already damaged goods because of Shannon's death. She is not coming in with the most well regarded references....and looks a tad unstable.

Unless redemption for her comes from Sayid (not likely), she will always be alone until she finds a way around her wall. Yet, Ana Lucia and Sayid do have something in common: Sayid says that they are already 'dead', I suspect he means in a spiritual sense or an emotional sense.

I find their condition......of the deepest pathos. Not good. Almost like they are the ones in purgatory.
