What would everyone else like to do to her? (I will fly to that imaginary island and make it happen!)

I felt terrible for her over losing the baby. The shooting, I'm guessing also distroyed her marriage.
But considering she was a police officer and being in danager is a huge part of that job.( More or less depending on what city she was in) With the real possibily of getting hurt or killed. Not to mention she is at least a 2 generation police officer in her family.
I think the writters made her too extream. To me she looks like she is real close to going off the deep end.
Maybe now that she has killed Shannon and has to live around Syaid, she will lose some of that edge. She is no longer just a victim in her eyes. She just caused the same amount of pain for someone else.

And yes a part of me wanted to pop her one

Well she's here to stay....so you'll have to live with it.

I'll give you props for the catchy title to the thread..

at first i just hated her and wanted her to die, but now i have grown to love to hate her.
last week's episode made me pity her in some ways, and i was glad to learn more about her life. but it made me see that the crash didn't make her insane, she already was insane.

I would love to perform some ancient voodoo ritual trading Shannon's soul for Ana Lucia's. I would much have preferred exploring the island mysteries with our original losties instead of adding more characters and more back stories to wade through.

Wow, couldn't you have put that creative bit into one of the BILLION other Ana hate threads? No....huh, not suprising.

Well, you're not gonna want to hear this, but I like having Ana's character in the story. I don't think we've seen everything yet about her background that led to how she is today. I trust our brilliant writers to make her story very compelling, and I think opinions of her are going to change for the better (and I hope it's soon, LOL).

Yeah me too...hopefully she'll relax now that she's not the one keeping people alive....maybe she'll befriend Claire, hang out with Hurley, and start a relationship (romantic or otherwise) with Jack so people will lighten the heck up on her....

gratuitous violence is against site rules. may i remind everyone that it is fine to dislike a character, but wishing physical harm to the character is just wrong.
ISTR that some of the original characters were not well liked at first.
i am not in the Ana loving group at the moment. will see what happens the rest of the season.
