At one point, we saw AL and Sayeed alone in the jungle as seen from above as if in the upper branches of a tree. Whose vantage point was that.....?

AL is yet another character who appears to have killed someone of their own volition, though with a righteous cause.

AL was pregnant when shot and apparently lost the baby as a result. What is the connection between this and the children on the island/children thematically in the story line?

It seems plausable that there will be a future xoxoxo interest between AL and Sayeed. They exchanged one of those long looks that may have a simmer in it later on down the line. (Then again, so did the look between Sawyer and the boar so we won't take deep looks too far.)

Why does Vincent have that leash on when he is almost always running loose? Isn't it amazing to all the dog people in here (meaning no disrespect!) that the leash has never snagged on anything in the jungle? Or perhaps it just hasn't YET? Hmmm.... just odd.

Speaking from the suspended disbelief point of view, that grass on the Hurley Hilton Head Island golf course is remarkably well-manicured. We should all be so lucky! Does the security system graze on the grass or are the lesser known lostaways destined to manicure the greens for their contribution to the island community's good?

I just loved the reuniting of Jin and Sun but especially of Bernard and Rose! One just had to pull for a bringing together of Jin and Sun all along... Bernard and Rose obviously treasure each other and such a love was all the sweeter because they have shared much of life together. Rose certainly didn't look surprised to see Bernard again, just glowing in the knowing that her faith and surety that he also survived the crash. It was a sweet moment.

Some additional observations:

When Locke asked Ecko if Ecko could take him (to see the other lostaways with AL) and Ecko responded that he could not, the natural response would have been to ask "Why not?" Of course, Locke always responds in a cryptic, unique, or mystical way in all his little scenarios but still... he just accepted the "no" and then asked if they could be brought to him, to which "Ecko" also responded "no." My point is that there seemed to be an implicit understanding between them which rendered explanations unnecessary (per previous post.)

AL had the characteristic three cut wound on her right cheek that we have seen in other faces of various characters at interesting times. This is a significant commonality.

I think that was the vantage point of the camera guy after the director decided that would be a neat shot to get. :)

Locke was filling in "Gilgamesh" in his crossword when Eko hentered the hatch.
The Epic of Gilgamesh, I'm pretty sure was among the first myths of the Sumerians (anicient sumer, home of backgammon, the beginning of time)...

How did Locke know Jin and Michael were with the Tailies, and was it shown whether or not he was told Walt wasn't with them?

(When he asked Eko where they were.)

Although I doubt we will see it, I'd love to see the back story for Rose & Bernard. Not sure why we won't see it, But I just have the feeling there is more important stuff to show and the producers just want the viewers to accept Rose & Bernard as they are. Y'know, take them at face value.

Dallas, you do bring up some good points, but I do not think that Sayeed and AL "shared a moment". I am more inclined to think it will be Jack. He likes to fix people, and she is defiantly broken.
I saw someone else wrote about why Sun was just lazily doing laundry at the beach. She just saw Michael, who was with Jin and now isn’t. Would you be looking for your spouse? But in general, I did enjoy the reunions.
I am very excited to see Locke and Eko; I think that might be the best relationship yet.
One additional weird thing I thought about last night, AL was shot 4 times. The bullets pierced her vest, yet she has no scars? That tank top she is wearing is tiny (I am not complaining!) and you do not see a thing. I doubt he was that good of a shot and did she stand still while he shot her 4 times? I think we should have seen at least one scar.
P.S. piranhna's avitar is great!

Vincent was wearing a leash when Shannon sent him on the hunt for Walt. Remember, this took place on the same day that the taillies came to camp. I think they were all a bit distracted to notice. Other than that, Vincent is mostly sans leash. BTW, I've got a new pup who is a bit of an escape artist. She is currently wearing her leash 24/7 and has yet to get it caught on anything, and there are plenty of opportunities!

Not really an observation as much as a question...did anyone ask Jin/Michael what happened on the raft...like why are back here instead of on the raft?

Sun doing laundry has bugged me too, but I'm wondering if there was a few hours between the time she was in the Hatch and Jin returning, and she was washing his clothes in anticipation of his return?? It would be better than sitting around waiting.
