Does anyone know what time Flight 815 departed and how the time zones work tarveling from Sydney to LA. I thought the flight took off in the mid afternoon. My question behind all this is that there has been alot of mentioning of how they flew off course for a few hours, plus they had to be in the air for some time before they got off course. So if the departure time was say around 2:30pm and they flew for a while they would have crashed just a couple hours befor sun down, yet when they show us the crash it appears that they have most of the day ahead of them befor sun down. Any thoughts
