Before last night's episodes the screen caps were posted and one was of Sayid in custody being lead somewhere by someone with a gun like in a flashback. It definitely wasn't on the island. Did I miss that in the episode? Was it a fake out on the screencaps? I'm confused.

They did not show this shot yet. i heard somewhere that this was actually in a Kate flashback. I dont remember where i saw that though.
