It says 1969 and looks like it has something to do with skiing. The round shapes sticking out of the top look like ski pole baskets.

somebody else had mentioned in The Other 48 Days section that they had seen an emblem or logo on Nathan's shirt, but I was never able to see one myself.

There is also a sort of shield on Anna lucias shirt when she is talking to the shrink. TV guy's shirt looks like red writing over a black image. It reminds me of a tshirt for a band rather than something with an emblem or insignia, it doesn't have an 'official' look at all.
