Does anyone know if Eko is going to be just a guest or a main character? Tv.com doesn't say anything, and they usually know beforehand. I'm new here so i dont know if its been discussed before.

Eko will without a doubt be a main stay. If not for the fact that he is cool; the parallelism between him and Locke.

When i first saw the Tailenders and Eko i said, "Look, its black locke!" And it is. The Yin/Yang, the Black/White...its all relevant.

Plus, we've never had a reoccuring character become obsolete. Desmond? Well he was cool, but only in 2 episodes.

Slight correction. *Most* of the Tailies are regulars now. Bernard (Sam Anderson) is just recurring. Like Rose, Desmond, and Rousseau (not to mention poor Cindy).

Basically, the characters that have been added to the "starring" list instead of the "guest starring" list at the beginning of each episode are here to stay (at least for a while).

The new regulars for this season are Cynthia Watros (Libby), Michelle Rodriguez (Ana-Lucia), and Adewale-?? (Ecko).

Maggie Grace (Shannon) and Malcolm David Kelley (Walt) have both been removed from said list since the beginning of the season.

Probably because Rose isn't a regular, and now that they've been reunited, they'll be spending all their time together.
