Greetings from a New Poster: There is so much to this series; it is easy to get obsessed by it. I'm just grateful that so many others are in the same boat(or doomed raft) as I am. Some of the questions I'm currently exploring are: (1) what is the significance of Locke being named after a famous philosopher? (2) why does the answer "Gilgamesh" to 42-down in Locke's crossword, although seemingly correct, not fit in with the rest of the puzzle? (3) does the fact that the word "game" appears in the name "Gilgamesh" indicate a playful hint by the Lost writers that not every aspect of the show should be taken seriously? Well, needless to say, you know where I'm coming from. The possibilities for discussion and reflection are as vast as the ocean encompassing the island of the Lost. That crossword puzzle has me puzzled, too! LOL I have to do more research on that one but one thread thinks that it may be a hint to someone that will interact with Locke.
