I just started watching it for the second time, and it starts with Jin/Sun scene. (Not what I saw the first time) There was no preview at the end of the show and I felt ripped off.

Did they screw up and play the preview at the beginning of the show the first time?

Did anyone else catch this?

my friend in Canada told me there was no preview for you all on CTV... she ended up just watching the american preview on ABC

I watch on ABC so l didn't catch anything waltisfuture.

I missed the first minute or so, but what I saw is going to blow our minds. This show is getting wierder all the time.

A sheriff and his deputy are in the woods by an old cabin. The deputy picks up a chainsaw, enters the cabin and cuts his arm off???

I'll post again when I catch it this time.

Thank you. I thought I was losing my mind. Now that you say that, it makes sense. I knew that Sheriff looked familiar. The preview I just saw was totally different. How ironic that it fits in with Lost.

What I saw this time


Claire is carrying the religious statue, then someone smashes it open. Eko is saying the 23rd psalm throughout the rest of the scenes. Charlie is in a tree and shouts something, pan to Eko on the ground and an explosion a few feet ahead of him. Then a shot of Michael shooting off a rifle.

Anyway..CTV never shows previews for new episodes that aren't airing soon...Since we won't get that new episode until a long time...CTV won't show the preview. They only do "next week on..." previews :)

It's because the networks make the previews. So CTV makes the Canadian Previews...ABC makes the American ones. They just get to advertise the episodes they have the way they want...within reason (no giving away major spoilers)

I'm going to go re-watch the epi...and the preview...it looked like Eko broke the statue with an ax or something...

True. However, if you watch on ABC, you always get to watch the last 2-3 minutes all over again - "ABC-style". When you do this, you're always able to see "Coming up on LOST...". I'm a sucker for 'plugs', which is why I always watch LOST on ABC, not CTV.

EXACTLY! I do the same thing :biggrin: . However this season...sometimes it doesn't switch over fast enough...and Invasion is starting when it switches over :(. I think it's because Lost used to run long more often last year...Anyway, today we got to see the American preview as well :)

It's the best of both worlds when it DOES run long...'cause you get to see both previews!
