Sawyer: "Where is she?"
Jack: "Who?Kate?"
Sawyer: "I love her."

At first, I was really excited to hear Sawyer say this because I thought he was talking about his feelings for Kate - hoping he was! However, the next time Sawyer says something is when he is possessed by Wayne and is grabbing Kate and asking her why she killed him.

So...my thought is that maybe Sawyer was already possessed by Wayne when he was saying "I love her." So it was actually Wayne saying those words.

yes that is what i was reading into it.. then again it could have been just plain halucinations with the high fever .... some really bizarre things i've heard people say and seen do while they are completely out of it.... and none of it is in any way true, it's just as it appears, that's why it's called an halucination, be they auditary, visual, or acting out one....
