Wanted to buy the first season on dvd this weekend... sold out. Everywhere!

btw, does anyone know when the first season was released on dvd? I heard it was before it was shown on VT4.

go to blockbuster.com. register for 8 movies at a time, request the 7 lost dvd's. burn a copy, send them back, cancel your subscription before the 2 week free trial. that's what i did and got them for FREE!!!!

Overhere in the Netherlands I have seen that they have the entire first season of Lost at stores like The Free Record shop and Media Markt. These are not sold out. I don't know if you can find these stores also in Belgium. Maybe you can ask around.

I heard the company which divided the DVD's went bankrupt and now the stores are facing a 6-week delay again (and in Macro they spoke about months even).

My last hope seems to be mediamarkt, I heard they had a pile of 'em (at least, some time ago)

btw, for those who are seeking: Media Markt doesn't have it neither, next delivery in about a month. But ebay did the trick :biggrin:

I bought mine in CORA (A'lecht). No problem at all. They had lots of them. Hope you find yours soon.

yep, it depends from city to city.
They were sold out in my town, and in Louvain. But in Ghent you could still buy them before christmas...
