What if Jack, Locke, and Sawyer just gave up their guns the first time he asked?

What would have happened to Kate?
Would they have kept her? killed her? released her anyway?

Anyone thought about this?

My bet is killed her..

then maybe kill jack, sawyer and locke afterwards.

I personally think that Zeke's gun wasn't even loaded.
