I think that Jack killed his own dad because if i am right and his ex wife did cheat on him with his dad, then that is a reason. Also, his dad messed up that operation because he was drunk. You know how Jack feels about losing patiants.

Sorry to disprove your theory, but Jack's Dad died from a heart attack in Australia before Jack even got there. Jack didn't kill him, although I'm sure he feels partly responsible for his death.
