Going on the assumption that Alias and Lost are in the same world (Driveshaft being played at Sydney's party), is it safe to say that the pilot has an identical twin brother who is in the CIA? Will he come looking for his lost sibling?

I dunno about that, but the guy who plays the pilot said one of the guys in charge mentioned something to him about the pilot maybe coming back, so....

I think that the pilot will be shown in one of the last episodes of the season when they reveal what happened on the plane before it took off.
