View Full Version : Opened my eyes for the first time and saw a jungle

The first thing I remember were the sounds of waves crashing and I thought about how much I hated the beach. Then I opened my eyes and the sun hurt and tears formed and there were others near by. Some were screaming as a huge section of what used to be a passenger plane broke away and dove into the sand just inches from the guy that had the seat directly behind me.

There vwas jungle around and under me and something was different. Very different. I've known darkness most of my life, since I was a kid, but I was seeing the sun and the sand and that section of broken plane and it hit me...I'can see!

So where vwas I?

Anyway, overly dramatic into but I'm new to this place. My cousin lurks here regularly and she told me about it. I am a new convert and have given up watching Smallville in favor of Lost which I think is absolutely brilliant.

Kal El can have his kryptonite infected villain of the week for all I care and a hundred more beauty queens can go crazy and try to kill Lana until the cows come home and Lex gets his own spinoff series.

This is one instance where being Lost is cooler than being found.

Sorry I think the cave is for me. Hate the sun, hate sand and I'd prefer to be where the doctor and the food gatherer are.

I think we're in for the long haul so might as be as safe as possible.

Where have you been? You must be spending all of your time onthe LB or just lurking on the TB.
The Threaded Board can be a blast!

Welcome Goofeesnax to the fuselage! The over 10,000 Topics to explore in the Threaded Board can seem a bit more like the Threatening Board! But, here are a few Topics to get you started. I put together several polls to help people get an idea of who exactly are the fuselage posting members.

Hiram’s Polls: Place Your votes & Find all the Latest Data! is the Name of the Topic that is sort of the clearing house for all of these polls. You can find recent data and links to all of the polls. Then you can go and place your own votes and post your own opinions if you like. Here is the link:

http://www.thefuselage.com/threaded/index.php?topic=5190.0

Just click on that and it will take you to the main topic with all of the links to the polls.
Then after you have more of an idea of your fellow LOSTkteers you will feel better about jumping right in, choosing anyone of those thousands of Topics that may interest you, and post away!

We even have a Support Group for Members of The Fuselage who are working on losing weight!
It’s called G>L>O>W>, The Great LOST Of Weight support group.
The Link is here:

So have fun, and remember most of us don’t bite!
