when claire got back to the camp she claimed to have no recollection of anyone... no one from the camp... no charlie... most of all no ethan. yet when whoever it was who broke her out of the med bunker (i don't see how that was alex - the girl was far older than 16) she wakes up dreaming about ethan, saying she's sure she wants "them" to take the baby and she's wandering around calling for ethan until she runs into danielle and gets the but of her gun to the face. then danielle claims to have brought her back to her camp to be found blablablabblabla... anyway the only explanation for her amnesia betweene escaping ethan and wandering back to camp ( i def remember claire stagering disoriented through the jungle, somewhere near the hatch, not really close to camp when she was discovered) thoughts???

If you are asking where her amnesia is coming from... well it could be a number of reasons.

Physical or Emotional Trauma can cause a person to blank out memories. I think she qualifies as having gone through both. That would be my guess anyway.

Could be another explanation. I guess we will have to wait until her next flashback episode to find out.

I agree with Kitten, and most likely it was the butt to the head that sealed the deal for the amnesia. As for the girl, the actress is only 17 so yes, she can convincingly play a 16 year-old and is not “far older then 16” as you stated.

Yeah, she did appear much older than 17, to me too at least. But I figured she was Alex anyway. And I think the gun to the head was pretty much our answer as to how she forgot. I don't know too much about what certain drugs can do to a person, but I don't know of any that can make you forget everything that happened since your plane crashed (or does she not remember anything before that either??) so i'm not so quick to say it was the drugs.
