When the beardless Zeke was talking to Ethan, he mentioned someone he has to explain things to. That someone is NOT Alvar Hanso as I've heard many suggest. It's my belief that Henry Gale is the man in charge of the island experiments. He wanted to get captured. He needs to fix the mistake Ethan made by letting Claire escape and by not making a list of the Fusies.

Ethan was supposed to make a list like Goodwin did of those to be taken by the others. Because he didn't, no one was taken immediately like the Tailies were. So, it took them longer to find out they needed to take Claire and Walt. There are others they need to take, but they don't who they are, because they no longer have a mole in the camp.

That's where Henry comes in. In the previews of upcoming episodes it shows Ana Lucia asking Henry for a map to the balloon. And everyone saying if they don't find the balloon, Henry is in trouble.

I think they WILL find the balloon, because Henry and the Dharma team planted it before Henry got himself caught. When Ana Lucia and the team that joins find the balloon, they will let Henry out of his prison and let him live among them. Then he'll create the list Ethan was supposed to create.
