Is it possible that the medical bunker was used for babies before Claire? I mean, when they took Claire they must have been on the island for a couple of weeks? So how would the Others be able to make that room, get all the equipment, like the altrasound. That thing looked old too, so it must have been there for awhile. Do you think that they did the same thing to Danelle, and kept Alex. Is that why Danelle knows so much?

I think there have been a number of babies who have grown up in that nursery and rooms in one or more bunkers... I wouldn't be surprised to see a little "family photo display" when all is said and done.
