Wow Henry asked got any milk. Remember Walt being on the carton from Hurley's flashback

Probably the best ending line of any episode of any television program ever. Forgive my hyperbole, but I loved it!

Are we now being directed to think space? In ML in the operating room the ceiling lights reflected in the wall picture sure look like a cluster of flying saucers. More so with the space shot on top of the board focusing in on a distant object. Could be though that milk is the real point.
Mind control ALA Madison Ave commercials. When Henry said 'do you have any milk' I cracked up. Because it was a tie in to our board header. Then I wondered why it was so spoken when "Awareness of GOT MILK? is over 90% nationally and it is considered one of the most successful campaigns in history. GOT MILK? is a federally registered trademark that has been licensed by the national dairy boards since 1995."

So was the proper phrasing of the question there to shake up in us the popular expression "Got Milk" a subtle product placement reminder or has Henry been off somewhere away from current pop culture.
If 'Got Milk' is trademarked may I say 'Got Soy'?

What a great character Henry Gale is.... he's got a lot of nerve. If he's not an Other then he's one huge SOB! It was a great ending line for the episode.

When Henry asked for the milk, I immediately thought of this old adage:

"If you give a mouse a cookie, he will want a glass of milk."

Anyone else think that TPTB had this in mind when they wrote that line?

not sure if it the same for all of you, but for me the advertisment is a banner for planetinneed.com and it says "got milk" on it... it looks like soem charity site... but I dont know because my flash player wont let me get to the site... rather coincidental...

I loved that line. It's the only time Henry/Gollum made me laugh. That sneaky little troll. As far as the whole Hurley/Walt/milk carton thing, everybody's inter-connected somehow. It's just the matter of why? The theme of this show.

I think that would be too funny if he was referring to carton of milk with Walt on them. I think he is totally playing mind games with Locke and Jack. The way he was asking about the hatch...trying to find out what they know....and then to top it all off, he makes fun of them for not knowing anything and not asking questions. That guy is too much. This is speculation but I think at this point nobody is stopping anybody else from taking stuff from the pantry. I think that's what the Dharma food party scene was supposed to impart on us a few episodes back.

Totally freaky! I also thought the slight shot of his face as the armory door was closing was also scary.

that's exactly what i thought.. seems like a logical question to ask if someone offers you cereal.. i was shocked to see an entire discussion about it..:confused:

I still think the best line was when Hurley was sitting on the beach and his batteries died in his cd player (season 1) and he just goes, "Son of a bi+ch."

The ratings are WAY down compared to last season, and even compared to
earlier THIS season.


I too think it's strange that they have food in the bunker, since Hurley
distributed all the food way back in EHH(except for his hidden stash, natch).
