View Full Version : I think Henry Gale did meet a couple in a balloon that crashed on the island phoebecat 03-23-2006, 04:02 PM I think that couple was the "Adam & Eve" skeletons found in the cave... Evn 03-23-2006, 04:23 PM Those skeletons have deteriorated considerably, jack estimated that they'd been there for at least 50 years. Are you proposing that Henry Gale met the couple on the island 50 years ago, because if you are, please share-it sounds awesome! Slopster53 03-23-2006, 04:24 PM Clearly a time warp is involved here. Either that or that balloon better be hella rotting when Sayid & Friends find it. South Shore 03-23-2006, 04:27 PM Would the material of a trans-pacific balloon really be hella rotting after only a few months? I also think there must be a far 'sexier' story for Adam and Eve on the island . . . Evn 03-23-2006, 04:48 PM Would the material of a trans-pacific balloon really be hella rotting after only a few months? Assuming A&E arrived in the balloon, I would say that the balloon would DEFINITELY need to be rotting. After all, Adam and Eve are "hella rotting." South Shore 03-23-2006, 04:49 PM Right, but if it were "Adam and Eve's balloon" (which I doubt it is), wouldn't that balloon also look a bit more rudimentary than a modern trans-pacific balloon? phoebecat 03-23-2006, 05:02 PM I don't think it's possible to trust "normal" timelines, just look at the mishmash of things in the hatch, from modern appliances to out-dated computer hardware... the island is "A Wrinkle in Time" and what was up with the record they were playing in the last epi, I laughed my butt off, THE SEEDS! that was way cool...they were '60s punk/bug music...late '60s I think Gale either met Adam & Eve or he came across their skeletons and the balloon |
