Ok this is my brother's opinion not my own, i just thought i'd post it.

I like Sun.
He seems to think Sun is very sneaky!

Ok the points are:

She learned English without telling Jin.
She was going to leave Jin in the airport.
She possibly had an affair with baldy??
She knows all bout herbal stuff even though she studied Art History.
She kept the fact that Jin was infertile a secret.
She attempted to poison Jin before he left on the raft.
She seems to avoid telling the truth sometimes.What does everyone else think?

season 1, but michel was the one that got poisened and kate got blamed because sun didnt want jin to go on the raft

I think there are other characters that are a hell of a lot sneakier than her, lol. I guess you have to look at the reasons behind it.

*Yes, she learned English without telling Jin. I guess she may have though that it might come in handy if she were leaving her husband and going into hiding. (Then again, I haven't seen the last episode yet... there might have been another reason for her to learn it, lol)

*Yes, she was going to leave her husband. At that stage, she probably thought he was an abusive man who had gotten in too deep with her Father and could possibly have feared for her safety. To be perfectly honest, if I were in a relationship like that, I would leave too.

*She possibly had an affair. Well... I would find this less difficult to forgive, lol. Poor judgement... ver poor judgement. But then again, I wasn't there, LOL.

*She knows about herbal stuff even though she studied art history. Well, I know about cooking even though I studied Primary Education. That's not sneaky. She could have learned that for any reason at all.

*She kept Jin's infertility from him. Hey, I probably would too. If I were married to a guy and I was afraid of him or his reactions and I had something to tell him that I knew he wouldn't want to hear... I would keep my mouth shut too, LOL.

*She attempted to poison Jin. Again, I consider this poor judgement. She cared about him, was scared for his safety and therefore didn't want him to go. She thought this would be a "safe" way of preventing his departure. Not the brightest thing she has done, but her heart was in ther right place.

*She seems to avoid telling the truth sometimes. Name me one person on Earth who doesn't do that, LOL. Everyone will avoid saying something if it is at all possible when it doesn't paint them in the best light, or if it is something that others will not want to hear for whatever reason. Called human nature. No one tells the truth all the time.


She may be "sneaky", but she doesn't appear to be doing it for malicious reasons. I quite like Sun actually :)
