Does anybody else miss the You all everybody song? Did that get stuck in anyone else's head? I know a lot has happened to him, but I miss the guitar picking and the Drive Shaft memories!

Sorry, no. I don't miss the You all everybody song. I sincerelly hope we never hear that song again. Although I really like the one he composed in Fire + Water about two brothers. This one he can play again.:biggrin:

I thought they did bring back the old Charlie. At least in The Whole Truth. Charlie going on the trek with Sayid and Ana while cracking jokes felt very similar to the time he travelled with Kate and Jack during the pilot.

I like wisecracking snarky Charlie...not the whiney needy Charlie.

I don't mind him playing his guitar and singing songs...but not "You All Everybody" . Please...He could do some more of "The Kinks'. :D

Seriously I think he has grown out of the need to remind everyone he was in a band. I think everyone knows.

At the minute I'm just happy that he's still around. I like that they're changing Charlie but I do miss the jokes (like when he said to Kate about the bees, I laughed for ages at that) but I do like the way Charlie has gone darker and is on a path of redemption.

I actually found it kind of annoying the way he kept expecting to be recognized and telling everybody he was a bloody rock god. I like that he's gotten past that. But I am glad that he's got his edge back.

I just want to see Charlie back in the main storylines again. There has been so little of him this season.

Amen to that! I'm hoping he has some pivotal role to play in the climax of the series.

I do miss the old sweet, adorable Charlie. The guy you could always look to for a joke in a really sespenseful part of the show. And the guy that Claire could trust with Aaron. Thoes to were the perfect couple and i miss that. But I am really happy that we are seeing more of him now because he has been left out of most of the shows in the begining of this season.

But i think maybe its claires and lockes fault, because claire chucked him out and started hanging around with locke ALOT! also locke punched charlie! the only reason charlie attacked sun was because he wanted locke to feel stupid!!! so i think its their fault!! :biggrin: but i like claire, im just not keen on locke anymore!

im just glad he is keeping busy building that church insted of doing drugs. praise the lord! lol

The sinister Charlie is great and I think it's the natural evolution of the character for him to turn back to the "dark" side. I say turn back because, if you remember, Charlie was pretty nasty when the series began. He was just as sneaky and depraved then as he's become now. The nice, good-guy Charlie taking care of Claire was just a phase.

I also think that there needs to be more "villains" among the regular survivors. Last season, it was Sawyer and Jin and and Locke. Now Locke and Jin are heroes and Charlie has become bad. It keeps the story interesting.
