Nah, I'm certain that baby is baldy's now. That's one look too many.

I notcied that look too. It was so distant and cold and icy. I felt so bad for Jin because he looked to delighted and thrilled. Something bad is going to happen with that situation. And the only person who is going to lose out is Sun. I do love Sun, she's one of my favorite characters, but she needs to lighten up a little. Guess she really isn't happy.

Yes! I've been perplexed by all the islanders seeming so happy this baby is coming. I'd be horrified to find out I was pregnant on that island!

I don't think the baby is baldy's. After seeing Rose's story, I think Sun is pregnant because the island healed Jin.

Yeah, her looks are absolute horrid. If that really is Jin's baby, you'd imagine her to be significantly more happy about the entire thing, but she looks so far away.

That's a major good point elfdream. I really hope that is the case. But something inside me wants to doubt it because I would think she would share those feelings with Jin. They finally opened up to each other and if I were Sun, I'd run into the arms of my strong, protective man.:rolleyes:

I'd be scared to death If I was faced with the Idea of having to give birth to my baby on AN ISLAND!! No pain killers... no epiderals... not real life saving eqiupment! Does Jack know how to perform a C-Section just in case? Thoses would be all the things floating around in my mind!

Crazy people on the island seem to like taking children.
She thought she could never get pregnant, and never have that be an issue on this crazy island. Now she finds out that she is.

Would you be happy? I'm surprised she's as calm about it as she is now.

At this point Sun has no idea that the island heals.

My other thought is. Sun was in the process of leaving Jin. Things have gotten better between her and Jin since the crash, but one thing stands out. Every once in a while Jin shows his Me man you woman attitude and Sun is much more independant now. I wonder if she is thinking with a baby she will never be able to leave him, once they are off the island. Her father is very powerful and would stop her at all costs, unless Jin decided to run with her. Maybe then she would want to stay with him.

I guess I can understand if Sun has some apprehension about her baby, given what she knows about Claire's experience. But, if Jin was laying there next to me worshipping my belly, I would say to hell with what's going on...just sit back and enjoy it! Ha ha ha!

I have no idea about the rate that babies grow at but she "supposedly" slept with baldy two months ago. Wouldn't she be any noticeably bigger?

I think she's mostly worried because she's target number one for the others now. Remember she thinks they just tried to kidnap her and now she knows she is pregnant. That is freaky and is no reason to be happy. And the further along in her pregnancy she is, the more vulnerable she is to be captured. How could you sleep peacefully knowing they could come at any moment and have grabbed people off the beach in the middle of the night.

Okeedokee. Still think that Sun's look was her realizing the kinds of danger she's likely to face as soon as the pregnancy starts to show, rather than some kind of disregard for Jin.
