Vincent didn't come into the scene stage right in this episode's shocking finale, so maybe he's having second thoughts about his allegiance with the Others?!

He didn't need to be there.

Vincent wasn't around and it wasn't raining...so unlike Lost.

I bet if Vincent was around he'd have snarled at Michael, sensing something was not right with his master.

Who do you think told Michael to shoot both women?

He just did it off camera

Maybe Michael and Vincent are partners in evil!

Who knows what evil Vincent was up to while Michael was busy in the hatch? It cannot be easy being the harbinger of doom on an island where so many bad things happen. Come on, he's only one dog!

Water was dripping from the pipes around where Libby was lying down...Simulated rain i guess. Still, no Vincent.

No, you got it all wrong. It wasn't Vincent or Michael... it is sex that is dangerous for the women on the island... even the prospect of it, in the case of Libby:rolleyes:

This is LOST, not a generic, formulaic, homogenized Psychokiller/Teen Angst movie! (i.e. Scream, Halloween, I Don't Care What You Did Last Summer, Scream Some More, Friday the 13th I - ?, etc. etc. etc. etc......

Thank God!!

I'm sure that Vincent was outside the hatch pawing at the metal door whilst rain began falling from the skies, at the exact moment Michael shot Ana Lucia.

Any true conspiracy buff knows that the evil masterminds work behind the scene, not out in the open.
So let’s review the circumstantial evidence (the only kind of evidence Vincent leaves behind).:
Walts mother took care of Vincent - she’s dead.
Walt took care of Vincent, Walt was abducted.
Shannon took care of Vincent, she’s dead.
Michael took care of Vincent, he’s gone rogue.
Ana was feeding Vincent a couple episodes back, she’s (probably) dead.
(Libby was just collateral damage - even evil masterminds can have that problem)

I think it is clear that a true conspiracy buff could still point a finger at Vincent and say “good boy“! er “good girl“?.
