View Full Version : Is Michael next to die? HatchMonkey 05-04-2006, 09:46 AM After the Losties find out what Michael did, will they kill him? Conniewe 05-04-2006, 09:55 AM I'm not so sure the losties will find out so fast that he killed them.....if they do find out- I think Micheal would escape to the others camp..... Chrono333 05-04-2006, 09:56 AM I don't think they'll kill him. Maybe he'll keep his secret for a while, until he confesses it to Eko in his church... JFO 05-04-2006, 10:19 AM I'm not so sure the losties will find out so fast that he killed them.....if they do find out- I think Micheal would escape to the others camp..... I would think that Jack should be able to tell a self inflicted GSW. God's tom 05-04-2006, 01:46 PM I think Michael will die by the season finale. He'll probably die trying to redeem himself. LockeRocks815 05-04-2006, 02:23 PM I kinda feel sorry for Michael.....I just wonder if he was cursing his ex all the way through the jungle for getting him into this situation. Danny 05-04-2006, 02:33 PM I think Michael makes it to Season 3..... along with his secret. And Jack is a doctor... not a CSI agent  LostIslandBaby 05-04-2006, 02:50 PM Quite possibly, Michael might be the next one to go. When, how, where...now that is a mystery. CaKarst 05-04-2006, 03:01 PM I don't think they would really figure it out unless Mike slips up some how. Why would anyone suspect a friend when there is a known bad guy around to do it. If anyone figures it out it will be Locke because he doesn't have a grudge going against Henry and because he's smart. But like I said before, Mike might slip up and leave some clue as to what really happened. leilasmommy 05-04-2006, 03:14 PM Well, unless Libby isn't dead yet, she may say that he shot her and they put it together that he shot Ana and himself. BrokeNeck Nathan 05-04-2006, 03:27 PM Michael shooting Ana Lucia and Libby and letting Henry go will end up with Walt dying somehow...I just have a feeling that Michael's betrayal will in some way result in him losing the one thing that means anything to him. He obviously doesnt care about what happens to himself, but his boy...HIS BOY...MY BOY... BrokeNeck Nathan ...and by the way Jack could be a CSI agent JFO 05-04-2006, 03:29 PM Jack could be anything. As long as he doesn't turn into Jack Bauer with his little indestructible cheesey bag, I'll be happy. Kathleen1 05-08-2006, 08:16 PM yes lets kill him NOW I liked Anna and I dont want to see Libby dead Noeland 05-08-2006, 08:18 PM I for one hope so. I thnk if Michael furthers the problems the losties are facing, and he does seem to be on that road, then they should gun him down the way he gunned down Ana. Ator 05-08-2006, 08:27 PM Yep...Michael will be "punished" for his betrayal of the Losties...but it will be Walt who pays the ulimate sacrifice. It will probably be an "accident"...much like Shannon...or Libby...But Walt will be killed...and everything Michael did will be for naught. He will be exiled from the group...much like Ana Lucia was after killing Shannon...Some will understand why he made the choices he made...some will feel sorry for him for losing his boy...but most will want nothing to do with him... But don't count Michael out...If the island is about anything...It's about REDEMPTION. I think Mike will have his chance to make things right with the friends he betrayed...and he will be fully accepted back into the fold. Just a theory. lostgurl 05-08-2006, 09:12 PM I think Mike will have his chance to make things right with the friends he betrayed...and he will be fully accepted back into the fold. Just a theory. I think so too. I also think(hope) we'll see some more Michael/Walt next season. bengy 05-08-2006, 10:22 PM But don't count Michael out...If the island is about anything...It's about REDEMPTION. I think Mike will have his chance to make things right with the friends he betrayed...and he will be fully accepted back into the fold. Just my thoughts... I mostly agree with you since I'm a believer in the whole island/redemption theory...but I'm leaning towards the thought that Michael will die in the process of making the right choice (i.e. sacrificing himself for the group). I'm also thinking that his death will involve trying to save Walt somehow, therefore resolving his issue of being a good father. What better way for him to prove that he cares about Walt than to die saving him? Inkydoo 05-08-2006, 11:15 PM i doubt that walt is going to do, at least anytime soon. The show has invested too much time building up the mystery of walt, his powers, and his importance to the others. I think that walt will end up being of key importance to the resolution (if there is one). I also have a gut feeling michael is going to die. so who is best fit to raise orphan walt? Locke of course! Ator 05-08-2006, 11:41 PM One big problem here, folks. MDK's aging faster in real life than Walt is on the island. They shot the pilot in 2003...by the time they start shooting Season 3...it will be late Summer 2006. Three years will have past in real life...while only 3 months will have past in island time. Not to mention, MDK is heading through puberty, and thus, will start to change in appearance...and sound much older very quickly. That's a huge problem for the show's continuity. Add in the rumors of MDK being very homesick during the filming of season 1...and his reduced "guest starring" role in season 2 because of it...all adds up to Walt being the one who must "exit island right". This is good...it will punish Michael...and he will be forced to live with what he has done, and still have to coexist with the Losties...He'll WISH he was the one who died. This will also piss off the Others...who really wanted Walt...thus causing more conflict. My $$$ is on Walt biting it big time...if not in the finale...early on in season 3. glueTheButtonDown 05-08-2006, 11:46 PM Just as long as they don't switch Walts like they switched Darrins on Bewitched |
