Why is this episode titled "Three Minutes"?

We see chronoligical reference back to "thirteen days ago" and "three days ago", but I never saw anything relating to 3 minutes.

Any clues or obvious stuff I missed?

Michael was given "Three MInutes" to talk with Walt at the end of the episode.

Michael could spend 3 minutes with Walt in the tent
