I have the feeling that even though the actors may visit this site from time to time, judging from the number of their replies to our questions to them on here, they just don't have time. (because they are busy acting and stuff and living their lives) And, they are living in Hawaii during the taping of the show. Why would anyone want to go on a computer at all, if you're living there and you get to play in the sun all day??? LOL. So, to all the actors who do get a chance to post here or read some of our threads even though you are busy with your own stuff, I just wanted to say hi and thanks for a great first two seaons of the show. We forget how many years actors struggle and work miserable jobs while going on audition after audition, trying to find a paying acting job.
And to the writers and creators of the show and these Lost websites: You guys just rock. I have not been this excited about a show since Twin Peaks first aired back when I was in highschool. When Twin Peaks was on, you could buy an actual copy of "Laura's Diary" back then. I love that Lost now has additional websites, hidden meanings, clues and other tie-ins to the show. I LOVE that. It makes things so much more interesting and mysterious. Being a writer can be a thankless job, so as a Lost fan, I appreciate all the efforts the writers have put into this show and the creators of the additional websites connected to Lost (like the Hanso Foundation). I have a feeling you guys are terribly busy too and don't have a lot of extra time to post on sites like this so I just wanted to give my kudos since writers tend to be under-appreciated for popular shows and movies they are attached to.
Kudos to the writers and actors for two excellent seasons. I cannot wait to see what you guys do with season three and how the characters develop more. (including new characters)
And kudos to the mods and creators of this site. (being a moderator is a thankless job too sometimes)
Sincerely,
a Lost "addict" and fan
