I was watching the extras on Season 1 DVD, and although I thoroughly enjoyed the bit from The Museum of Television & Radio, there was one comment from Harold Perrineau I didn't understand:

Q: Is there a storyline, no matter how small or silly, you’d like to see for your character?
Harold: I’d like to find out that Michael worked for SD6.

Sorry if this is an obvious thing (even sorrier if someone already posted/answered this) but what does that mean?? What is SD6?
