I doubt this thread will get many posts, as I don't know how many Steve Nash fans there are out there, but I had to start a thread for my hero. I am his biggest fan ever! people could also talk about phoenix or just basketball here too....

I am huge into basketball! I'm a Mavericks girl, so my love of Steve Nash is a bit outdated. It still tears me up inside when he plays our team. I had a friend who would give me these amazing seats (like 11th row for free!). So I would go to the game with a kitty cat shirt with the number 13 on it and yell as loud as I could "I LOVE YOU NASH!" Those people who sit that close are so boring and they don't really cheer or anything, so it was pretty loud. My husband thought it was hilarious in a I-don't-know-this-crazy-lady sort of way. What team do you like?

Well, I like the mavericks, but my favourite has always been phoenix. But i'm very fickle, my favourite team is wahtever team Steve is currently on :) Can't wait for next years playoffs. I saw Nash in Vancouver for the steve nash charity fiundation basketball game. It was sooooo great!!!! I love his new shaved head look, what do you think?

I know..well, I'm from Victoria, BC, which is the STEVE NASH capital of the world!!! I am very, very proud to be from his hometown, and there are a lot of huge fans of him from where I'm from, but i'm probably the most haha. If people have questions about Lost, Steve Nash or Grey's Anatomy they come to me:) Have you ever been to BC? 'Tis very pretty...

No, I would love to visit, but funds are limited. I've been all over the southern US, but never even up north! I'm happy that he came to play here, even if he did end up leaving. It was nice to be able to go to the games and be so close to him. :smile:
