I've noticed in General Theories that information from the Lost Experience is being added to round out theories posted there. For me, I find it helpful, but should these bits be considered Spoilers?

no. If they are from the Lost Experience, they can be generally considered to have "aired" everywhere since everyone has basically the same access to the game at the same time.
