What is it with GMTV???? The other day ( possibly Tues Wed, I was watching yer man Richard whatshisface Arnold doing his tele review. He was discussing a new programme starting soon (something degrees??.....Very busy at the time!) He made a remark saying it was from the same people who brought us Lost and then made a comment something like ............ yawn!!. WHAT THE HELL HAVE GMTV got against Lost??? The last time it was Fiona ( pain in the neck) Phillips prefering Strictly Come dancing to Lost ( because she was in it!) but whats the craic now???? It's not fair!!!!!!!

Right thats it! iam now going to personally bug GMTV and send a complaint about their tone and their opinions on lost! and the fact that i dont expect them to like the show as it makes you think so you must have some sort of intelligant thought inside your minds which im sure that they dont. anyway i dont think their opinions matter their show doesnt look like its been updated since the 1980s.

Why do you let it bother you so much? At the end of the day people have different tastes and not everyone is going to like Lost.

Yeah i have loads of people i know who hate lost but i don't let it bother me much. Because i love lost and that's all that matters.:biggrin:

I know loads of people who hate lost, but I also know many who love it like me (well not quite like me) but my point is there has to be differences, if everyone liked the same things then life would be boring, so I say welcome to the critics, its good to get into debates about the show.
Anyway at least lost gets mentioned on GMTV, plus they often have it as one of the picks on the day, so its not all bad.

You all have valid points but the thing that bothers me is you dont have anyone on lost broadcasting to millions that GMTV is boring anyway i agree that we should take the moral high ground and ignore such insults, hey we know its good and thats all that matters i guess.

Well, Richard Arnold's job is a TV critic so as such, will always pick on some shows. However, he is making himself look a bit silly with Lost as it's multi award winning and clearly popular worldwide.

i remember a while back when lost finale was on richard and fiona were bigging up prison break, not that i've got anything against prison break cos i've never seen it, they were really slating lost and it really annoyed me. they were saying they were bored with it cos they didnt know what was going on - surely that's the point of Lost !!
