The german tv-station Pro7 predicate her surname was Franklin. Is that the truth? This name can be read on the manifest belongs to their interactive Lost Experience like game.

Any idea why they are claiming this?

Maybe that's what they were told it was? There was a similar manifest produced for the Lost Untold game in the UK...

I'm looking for the game on the Pro 7 site but I can't find it yet?

http://www.prosieben.de/spielfilm_serie/lost/Yeah, me neither; my German isn't good enough. Can anyone post a link to that manifest?

And by the way, what in goodness' name is "ein handy?" Is that a mobile phone?

So was she given a name on the manifest from the UK game? And what I would wonder about is, if Pro7 was told to give her name as Libby Franklin, then why? What does that name relate to? Not that any of the other characters' names relate directly to anything (though they are all supposed to be meaningful somehow, aren't they?), but Libby's name having been such a mystery for so long, it seems it would be something interesting, like "Elizabeth Paik Widmore-Wales van Hanso" or something. And if Pro7 was told to name her Libby Franklin, why hasn't that been revealed in the US, as well?

Libby was'nt on the UK manifest as it was back in season one, but everyone got last names, some I'd never seen or heard in the show before they were on the manifest...

Could Libby have been married to a Widmore? Franklin may be her maiden name?

And by the way, what in goodness' name is "ein handy?" Is that a mobile phone?

Yes, yes it is...

Kay guys... look at this:

http://87.106.50.54/

Now type in "oceanic" and then use the password "815".
After this please input "manifest" and the animation will show you
a list of the passengers. Sure, thats impossibly the full
manifest, but there are all losties listed and why shouldn't
these Elizabeth be "our Libby" ? The producers of this
game had send me an email which said:
"our team has investigated those names, they were right."

Sorry for my bad grammar, i hope you understand my request.

And yes, here in germany we say "Handy" for mobile phone. hihi.

Excellent, thanks for the link Onuhstet, I could'nt find it at all, is it definitely an official Pro7 LOST game? I could'nt find a link for it anywhere on the Pro7 LOST site?

Interesting, they give Rose and Bernard the last name Bernstein...

They spell Ana-Lucia Anna-Lucia, they get her last name correct though...

Kate's last name is spelt wrong, Austin instead of Austen

No Neil Froghurt? That bothers me...

I'm not sure about this at all Onuhstet? I'm thinking it's either fanmade or Pro7 have taken some creative liberties...

ETA: Oh and we can understand you perfectly, you've got no worries there...

my caution is that until something appears on an aired episode of the show (or in the one exception we've been given, the Lost Experience) it's not canon. But that shouldn't hurt their game. :)

First of all,
this is really an official ProSieben (7) game.
Type in "impressum" and the animation will show you the complete copyrights.

Yesterday I called the agency which is responsible for the game and a woman told me that the names were fictitious. I also told them about the mistakes in writing and the reaction was not kind. Therewith the topic should be done. Typical germany. I wished we were part of the real Lost Experience, but we got only this peasantry Experience-ripoff.

Never mind, I carry on doing the real Experience. Thanks for your attention.

Oh, I'm not arguing with you that it's official, as in sanctioned by the network. (Oops, I see you probably weren't talking to me there. :) ) But even the official sites in the US had some made up stuff and some mistakes (for instance, Ana Lucia appeared on the passenger list as if Lucia was her last name), and some content that has differed from what actually appeared on the show. I just think the show (and theLE, as confirmed by the writers) are canon and everything else is just for fun. Think of it this way--it's nice that ProSieben wants to do a little extra for their Lost viewers because they're probably not doing that for all their shows. :)

I'm talking to everyone here. This is definitely a game official produced by Pro7. I didn't mean the real creative team behind the show, if you thought so. The mistakes in itself are ok, but not the reaction of that woman after I told her about.

Well, if it's fake than I am glad. Libby Franklin just doesn't mix well... and Rose and Bernard Bernstein???? ICK!!!! I am pulling for Elizabeth Widmore now, though!

What, you don't like "Elizabeth Paik Widmore-Wales van Hanso?" I think it ties everything together rather nicely.

My favorite mistake on both the Channel4 and Pro7 manifests: Apparently Hurley and Charley shared seat 29G. I wonder who sat on whose lap? Ouch! :eek2:

Not even close to official. Various bit parts and people mentioned don't show up.

Nathan, Sullivan, Donald, Steve and Kristen (the couple that Claire mentions), Neil Frogurt, all the people Bernard mentioned in "S.O.S." ... Scott and Steve!!

So, yeah. Not official. ;-)

It's wierd to me, though, that they would give Libby a last name, though. I mean, I think it's kind of lame since it seems very intentional on the part of TPTB that Libby never got a last name. So here comes Pro7, just giving her one. It's like the network is releasing foilers.
