todays going to be weird for me, i MAY or MAY NOT move into a temporary office while mine and a few others are being painted, so one - i'm not sure if i'll finish mine (shoot) and two - i may not be able to locke the thread and start the voting on time....if this happens, use it to your advantage -

Mine would have been a little longer, but I remembered that this is a *Family Board*, and theorfore I had to delete the Nc-17 rated scene between Sawyer and Kate behind his tent.

hey remember when that B@$t@rd Partyman wrote a great story and so once I can I got to look forward to not getting a single vote, cause his story was so good I couldn't very well vote for my own, so I voted for his and then had to sit and think about how I'll never get a freakin vote cause Partyman is too good, B@$T@RD!!! J/K way to go on your stories so far PM!!!

I have a similar dilemma. I voted for my own last week, but that was a lot better than this one, so I am undecided too!

I think we have until wednesday to vote.

They are ALL great stories!! Wish I could write, but unfortunately, I am talentless!

Even though it was really short, I really liked sheba's writing. Sawyer's voice was spot on and it was really well written.
Trojanhorse, I really enjoyed yours too...this was a tough one. Everyone did a really great job.

The rules said short. LOL I took it too much to heart. I hadn't read any of last weeks entries and I didn't read any from this week until after submitting mine so I really had no idea how long it should be. If I enter again I'll try to put a little more in to it.

Thanks for the votes so far. :)* I think that is my 3rd or 4th fic to date and I do have a lot of fun when it is spur of the moment.* I'm not very good with creating a story from scratch.* I need characters that I know a little about in which to write, so I guess that labels me as amateur at best.* :-\ *Thanks for the PM's with observations and comments.* I truly appreciate it!* ;D

I was kind of scared to post on here because I didn't know if there would be "gentle" critiques and observations.* But, the criteria of SAWYER* :-*, palm fronds and a Coca-cola filled SuperSoaker appealed to me and I couldn't resist. ;D

Thanks!* I hope more people participate in the upcoming ones too.* *I love reading them and getting further insights to how others view the characters.

Well I totally appreciate the compliment coming from what appears to be the winner of this weeks contest. You totally have a talent in story telling. It looks like I will have to set my eyes on you as the person to knock off of the top!!hehe

well..... I missed posting a fic! poo! I don't know how, but it was Friday latenight before I even saw last week's winner(s) and the new topic...oops! See what happens when you have no internet at work?!?!?!?!

Anyway, it was kinda cool not having my own fic for this topic - and even though I liked quite a few of them, I voted for DL! You go - that was GREAT!

And, I have also decided that I may not write every week - just when the mood or topic strikes me...that way, there are weeks when I can just sit back and enjoy my friends' creativity!
