Did anybody else notice that some posts seem to come early? I mean i was reading a post that mentioned the x-rays, yet I had not gotten to that part of the show yet. I am watching in NYC, so I should be amoung the first group to watch the show. This happened more than a few times. Anyone else have this problem or know why it happened? Also, we are not talking seconds, but 5-7 minutes early.

CTV, the Canadian network that carries LOST, has moved it up to 8:00 eastern. This means everyone in Ontario and Quebec are seeing it an hour before you. The Maritime provinces are in the Atlantic time zone, so they are seeing it when it's just 7:00 in the Big Apple.
And Newfoundland has its own time zone, one half hour ahead of Atlantic.

Could it have been someone who had read the Canadian thread and was anticipating what was coming up? Or did it sound clear that they had seen if for themselves? I know some stations will be slightly off. Sometimes I'm watching something the same as my mother and we're talking on the phone and we'll be a few seconds off, maybe no more than 10-20, but not minutes off.

Hmm, on Monday night we had a live thread for the show Heroes (it's in the in-flight entertainment section - or whatever it's called). One poster was five minutes ahead too. I think, but I'm not sure, that his station was out of Canada. I'm not sure what's going on.

yeah it could be someone who watched the early show, or someone who was following the canadian watching live thread. Also, in my area, when Lost is aired at the same time on CTV and ABC, it's always anywhere from 10 second to a few minutes ahead on the canadian channel. It might have something to do with the fact that CTV takes out the american commercials and puts Canadian ones in their place.
