When Alex comes running with the slingshot, one of the Others asks if the Dr. got out again? We know it isn't Jack, he hasn't gotten out on his own. I think Juliet is a fraud and the Dr. they have captured is the real fertility doctor.

Also, Juliet told Ben that they took Alex home and she doesn't know where she is now. Where and what is home and how can Juliet not know where she is? It makes it seem like Alex was grounded and she is back in her room now!

I was a little confused at first too. Jack breaking the plate and using Juliet to attempt an escape must have been the first time he "got out". It's confusing because he didn't get very far and I wouldn't really count it as being "out".
