On DarkUFO's Spoiler site there was a spoiler coming from Issue #9. It's not supposed to be released until the 13th but of course it will come a little earlier for the subscribers.

My question is... Has anyone got their magazine yet? It seems a little TOO early for it to be out but apparently someone has it.

I saw that too and was wondering the same thing. The last few issues have come out on or even after the release date whereas they used to come out earlier. This time the release date is a week later than it normally is and it's still two weeks away. I can't imagine anyone has it yet.

I saw the spoilers on Spoilerfix - I think Izzy gets a copy early somehow. It may be due to her media credentials.

The spoiler is not in our spoilers section yet, though? I'll go check DarkUFO myself...

I'm excited for the next mag.! Isn't Ben on the cover? *squee*

ETA: Ok, I see why it's not in our spoilers section. Not noteworthy.

Yeah, it was pretty disappointing actually. I wonder if that was it for an entire 100 page issue. Not a hint of anything better than that?

The UK version is supposed to be available by February 08 but I hope to receive it before the broadcast of episode 3.07. Anyway I cannot wait!

Someone asked Gregg an interesting question about a comment Evi made in the issue:
http://www.thefuselage.com/Threaded/showthread.php?t=68261

Gregg also let us know that he approves the content of the articles, which is quite interesting. Those of us who have been doing the puzzles learned that he also approves the photos in those.

Of course, as a subscriber, I still don't have my copy!

I received my magazine yesterday and haven't been able to finish reading it, yet ... I mean, it really is 100 pages thick - and oh so beautifully done again!!!
Anyway, I myself am thrilled that Evie reaffirms the way I interpreted the events of "I Do" - no matter what may happen in future episodes!

It was released in the UK a week before the states this time. The release date for the US is still February 13.

I think they did that as a small comfort for us because the new episodes are broadcast in the US first. ;)
Don't worry, I'm sure you'll receive your issues very soon!

I actually got mine yesterday - read parts of it during NIP commercials.

Pace, there's a little bit you'll enjoy, about ATBCHDI, talking about a fake-out with Charlie's death. ;)

Yeah there is. And a Diary entry.
It's a huge mag. It's gonna take me forever to read it.

My Skater  is excited for issue #10--Kate and Sawyer on the cover, with the title: ISLAND LOVE.
And we even get an interview with them this issue, so that's pretty awesome. Two in a row.

Oh, PJ, I forgot to mention there is also a "Flashback" to the Driveshaft concert. It's basically just pictures, not so great. But it's another Charlie feature for you.

I got mine! It was on the stand at my supermarket today. I went there thinking it was a longshot and there it was. Yippee! Reading for the weekend.

ETA: Ooh! I just opened up to the Dear Diary page for Dom and there's a great promo shot I've never seen before of him holding the VM statue. Love it!

I haven't gotten to that Jack reference in the magazine, but I'm pretty sure it was the Red Sox world series win video. They had apparently been planning that since the real thing happened in October 04.

I dunno. It sounded like they were talking about something that was still to come. Here's the quote from Ed Kitsis:

Q: Anything you can tell us coming up about Jack?
A: I would say there is a scene with Jack coming up that we cannot wait for people to see. We had conceived it last year and we have been waiting to show it. I think it's gonna blow people's minds--I'll say that!

He's so vague I don't think its spoilery, but it does sound like we haven't seen the scene yet.

Ah ok, nevermind. Maybe it is him playing catch with Tom?

I like this new Flashback section they've got now. I hope that they keep doing that from now on. I'd like to see some Sayid stuff in there in an upcoming issue. I got the mag in the mail on Feb. 2 and I read about half the mag that day. It was an incredibly cold day, so getting it in the mail made the day a little less miserable.

OK guys, you got me all excited now - Jack, Ben & Juliet on the cover ... Yay! :rotflmao:

That would suggest that there's a lot of J, B & J inside too? Double yay!

I can't wait any longer - gotta go and get my copy first thing Monday am.

V.happy bunny.

So is there anyone who is a subscriber that still doesn't have their copy besides me  ?! This happened last issue also and I finally got the company to send me another copy, cuz I never got the issue. I think after my 6 issues I'll settle for buying it at the store. It just sounded like the subscribers always got them before the store. Oh well, I'll be searching my mailbox everyday.

You should call them/send an e-mail and complain. Maybe you'll get a couple of issues for free. Speaking from expereince on magazine subscription deliveries ;).

Ben *and* Des ... this is quite possibly my favourite issue ever! :73happy:

Although, I'm not sure about your choice of alternative reading material.
I think I may have to agree with Mr Linus on that one.

Well, TPTB said the show is greatly based on The Stand. I have to admit, I was getting pretty darn queasy reading it earlier. But I really like it. Read it before, but it's been years.

I just finished reading The Stand a few weeks ago, it was really good and not too scary. I was a little worried since it's Stephen King. Now I'm reading Watership Down. It's about bunnies.

This interview definitely was one of the highlights of this issue!
I also enjoyed the one with Yunjin Kim very much. She's so knowledgeable and insightful on the goings-on of the show; TPTB should make her a director / co-producer!

I've been reading The Stand!
I love that tome! While reading it for the frist time I came down with a bad cold ... You have no idea how scared I was! :hide:

Now I'm reading Watership Down. It's about bunnies.
That one's great as well - but it's about much more than bunnies!
