I am hoping to create a new guide to Lost website and would like some information on copyright please. Are there images I can use of the cast and show that are not copyrighted? How do I know which ones they are? Can I use copyrighted pictures if I say who the copyright belongs to?

this is not really the place for you to ask this question. while some members here may have some info, it is rather presumptive of you to expect others to provide this information to you. if you want info about copyright law i would suggest you do a search on the internet. this is so that your information is correct and not second hand heresay. in court, what someone told you as opposed to actual law isn't really going to hold up.

Fine. I was only asking for a little help to know where to get started and as a qualified barrister I am well aware of the legal implications.

It was just a polite request to anyone who could and would like to help as I am new to all this and wanted to know where to begin my research.
