Verizon Wireless is excellent. Not only do I love their service, but they were rated first BY FAR in Consumer Reports.

I like T-Mobile quite a bit. Really easy to switch between plans, customer service has always been really helpful, and you can do everything online. The only time I've had trouble with dropped calls was driving through the mountains once in West Virginia.... Good luck! :)

I have T-Mobile, too. My parents pay for the bills and choose the plan ;), but the workers at the shops are very helpful.

I'm with verizon. So far I can't complain too much. (Except that my home is a mysterious vortex that carries no signal to any cell phones). But besides that, all it good with them. I can talk anywhere in the US, no roaming, no long-distance (though I'm sure by now that's standard). Whenever I've chatted with the verizon people, they've always been friendly and helpful, fixing any problems or answering any questions immediately.

Good luck getting a new service!

I have tracfone, buy time as I need it. Never had a problem, reception is good.
I only use it sparingly.

I have T-Mobile. Cutomer service is really helpful and I can't think of much to complain about.

I have nextel and its pretty good. I love the radio feature.

I would question the whole t mobile thing. Currently that company doesn't seem secure.

I have T-mobile. At first, I was a little worried because it seems like such a small company, but I went anyway because it was the cheapest by far. I've found that I get signal in most places, and oftentimes my reception is better than my boyfriend's (who has Verizon).

From my friends that have Verizon, I've noticed that Varizon does have the best coverage, but, commonly the reception is very bad.

T-mobile phones also work internationally.

Before T-mobile, I had Sprint for 2.5 years. The sound quality was definitely the best, but their rates were simply too high. Coverage wasn't a problem, and their phones were decent.

Sprint* and no problems with service* *just the customer service people don't listen too well* ( 1 bad experience ruins it all)* good online site you can change plans add minutes* *really clear reception...And knowing your in FL, , like me, not sure how many different cell providers are in your area....

I used to have Verizon and they overchanrged me all the time. I was ALWAYS on the phone trying to get my bill fixed. Then I worked for Sprint and switched to them, but they aren't that great. At all. If I drive on the freeway, I lose my signal. Sp, here in the west, Sprint is terrible. But they do have a better coverage area back east. When my service agreement runs out, I am switching to a company that is more local because they cost the same and have better service since they "rent" service area from the big providers.
