It is probably just a re-use of the set, but nice catch man.

LOST is a very successful, big budget show that is aware that there are tons of wonks out here looking at every teeny tiny detail. That is a pretty distinctive corridor. Just a simple coat of cheap paint would have indicated two different corridors. Building an entirely different corridor isn't a big expenditure. (They probably spend more on craft services.)

I'm guessing it's a clue... or an intentional red-herring.
