I can't believe nobody has brought this up. When Locke is walking down the dock just before he gets captured he is soaking wet. We see him enter the sub with out needing to get in the water. Isn't possible that he submerged the sub and swam to the surface, leaving the sub hidden for later retrieval, then placed the C4 explosive on the end of the dock to blowing it up and fool the others into think the sub was destroyed. If this is not what happened then please explain to me why Locke was soaking wet.
