She was probably terrified of facing the peope that she had been terrorizing and holding at gun point... I'm sure Jack had planned on telling everyone before Sawyer spotted her.

Yea, I think Jack and Juliet wanted to prepare everyone for her arrival before they all attacked her at once. Might not have helped much but still.

I wondered the same thing, but then I figured Jack probably wanted everyone to see him first rather than being freaked out by Juliet.

Maybe she was taking a moment to "powder her nose"... ;)

It was a rubbish scene, lets face it, if you was walking with someone who was scared of meeting the people you knew, would you walk in alone or beside them, arm around them as a sign to say, she's with me, it wasn't done very well and went against everything human nature is about.

I just watched this ep again and I noticed that Sayid was not in this scene. Or if he was, I missed him completely. Anyone else notice?
