We don't know that she didn't concieve on the island, do we? And if she did, she should die... So maybe Jools and Ben's plan is something to do with that...

Is Sun's pregnancy common knowledge on the island? If Ben does know, how does he know? My guess would be that Locke sang like a bird once he saw Daddy.
