Is it just me or does it seem like what the real sawyer was saying about the car hitting him and then the doctor in the ambulance smiling at him before he passed out when he put the iv in him.
Sounds like Ethan when, each time you see ethan with someone he gives that creepy smile. So maybe ethan and richard brought the real sawyer to the island. Would explain alot.

Umm, I think Ethan was too busy making a list,kidnapping and experimenting on Claire, hanging Charlie and also really busy being DEAD(sorry no purgatory,just dead). I dont think he had time to get off island.

(Depending, of course, on your view on the time theory. ;) )

If it was Ethan, the only time it could have happened would have been before they crashed. But they wouldn't have known to get the real Sawyer before the crash... unless they planned for the plane to come down, which is a theory I do not subscribe to at this time.

It does sound Ethan-likeAvoiding the oft-denied purgatory theory, perhaps the Island exists in another timeline where people go when they move between dimensions, and vice versa, so people like Ethan, Boone, etc. have all gone back to the main world.

Are we really sure how long Cooper's been tied up in that room? A smiling paramedic does sound Ethan-like but that Richard guy was the one that Ben told "Get the man from Tallahassee." So.... Richard got Cooper? And Ben's lying about who brought Cooper to the island? (That wouldn't be much of a surprise, huh.) If Richard did get Cooper - how did he get him so quickly? Could he have already been prisoner there a while and now it was time to reveal him. Last season Ben, then as Henry Gale, told Locke he was coming for him. What if he had Cooper then and was waiting for the right moment?

Except he said paramedic, not doctor. Doctor's don't rid in ambulances just to let everyone know.



Also no way it could be Ethan because it was after the plane crash. Cooper said he saw on tv that everyone on flight 815 was dead. Well when the planed crashed, that day Ethan was on the beach. So unless Ethan somehow either came back from the dead or travel in time while being on the beach at the exact same time there is no way it was possibly Ethan. NO WAY POSSIBLE.

Mine too....I can picture Richard dressed up as a paramedic and telling Locke's dad that everything was going to be allright.....
