I heard Juliet say to Sun "sorry, I lied to you...".

I'm not sure what she was referring to but I do believe it was the paternity of the baby (where the baby was conceived). If I'm correct, didn't Juliet tell Sun the baby was conceived on the island?

However, Juliet said she lied...so doesn't that mean the baby was conceived BEFORE arrival on the island - making the baby her lover's?
