Who do you think will die in the finale? I think Bernard is an obvious choice.

I'd say Charlie, Sayid, and Locke will all perish. Their backstories are all maxed out.

Note that I have not looked at any spoilers, so please speculation only!!

Chalie will die. I don't see Sayid dying. Maybe someone shot accidentally in the skirmish between Ben/Company and the 815ers headed to the communication tower. Kate maybe? That'd be insane. Also, I think a couple of others are going to bite it. I hope so anyway. I hope Locke comes flying out the jungle wielding duel knives and cuts Ben into little pieces.

Locke's backstory may be over, but his frontstory is still pretty interesting. Seems unlikely he would be killed off after just visting and hearing Jacob speak.

No way Locke is dead. If they wanted Locke dead, Ben would have shot him in the head. Notice he threatens to shoot Locke again if he doesn't tell him what Jacob told him. I don't think Ben really wants Locke dead. Anyway, Locke is the heart of the show, I'd be very surprised if they killed him off.

I think a lot of minor/supporting Others will probably die (Tom, Alpert, so on), but Ben's sticking around... his backstory's not finished. Juliet, though? She could go either way. Her backstory's developed (and dare I say complete?) enough that it wouldn't be a huge disappointment (from a storytelling point of view) if she died. She could go the one-season Ana Lucia route, or she could rise up to lead status. She's certainly popular, and I'd like to see her stick around.

As for the Losties? Charlie's the obvious choice. But perhaps Desmond will take his place after all. Jack's pretty safe, but Kate's not the sure bet she used to be. Sayid, as well. Sun's sticking around, since they're going to milk the "death by pregnancy" thing later on, and Jin will probably be around for that, too. It would be horrible and cruel if Bernard died. :-(

I'm betting that Naomi's gonna bite it... so no rescue, and three more seasons of lost. ;-)

LET BEN DIE, but we all know that wont happen just yet, maybe a few Others will die like Karl, Tom or Richard. I think that Charley will bit the dust but we may not know until next season I really dont want anymore people to die we have had like six people die on us already isnt that enough

I wish NOBODY would die, but by all accounts the finale will be something bloody to behold. I hope they're overhyping it.

That said, I fear for the three shooters: Sayid, Jin and Bernard. Bernard especially seems to be a marked man.

I don't know where they're going with Charlie, since they did a fakeout on his death in this last episode. I think Charlie dies after all/Charlie doesn't die after all would have equal shock value.

Locke--I think there's a lot more to the Locke storyline, but he sure looked dead to me.

Pure speculation now..

Ben will die - Richard can take over as temp leader, plus we know a lot from Ben's point of view, Richard can fill in the rest.
Mikhail and Ryan - A few baddies have to bite the bullet I believe these two will
2 wild cards that im unsure of maybe two of the following Juliet/Sayid/Charlie/Desmond

I'm not sure yet, but my sis and I made a bet, we both have to make a list of 5 people we think are going to die. A buck a piece if we are right. Isn't that sad, that the characters lives are worth a buck a piece to us?!!!! No it's not that they are worth a buck it's that we don't have much moolah to bet!!
